Bread, bread and more bread – 5 low carb recipes

Abu Dhabi is a bread basket and I dived straight in – mouth first.

I’ve tried to come up with excuses to justify indulging, but really it boils down to “I was tempted and I ate it”.

Amazing breads in all shapes and forms – ryebread, crossiants, naans, wraps, the list goes on … and all those carbs have gone straight to my waistline and to the bags under my eyes (carb-face).

Earlier this week we were finally able to move into our flat, which is our Abu Dhabi home going forward and I look forward to having a kitchen and being able to bake my own bread again. These are some of my favourite bread recipes:

Before I start indulging (again) in homemade bread I have decided to restart the system with a round of Whole30. The last time I did it I felt absolutely great and I can only recommend it. So watch this space for more Whole30 recipes.
