Nana’s cream and lemon dressing

Pure food nostalgia! and one of the easiest salads to make – only four ingredients. Lettuce and mormordressingen, which translate into Nana’s dressing, probably because it originates from back when people were not afraid to eat cream … and there is something very special about the tart yet sweet flavour.


Serves 4-6

2 lettuce (curly leaf lettuce, butterhead lettuce or similar).
200ml (2dl) cream
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp liquid stevia (or 2 tbsp sukrin)

Mix cream, lemon juice and stevia together. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the lettuce and put in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the lettuce just before serving.
