Sweet Potato Crisps – so easy, so tasty!

No introduction needed … and hardly a recipe, just try it!

Peel and thinly slice the sweet potatoes (note to myself: remember to buy a mandolin). Heat oil (I used olive oil) in a frying pan and fry the potatoes slices on both sides. Shake off excess oil and place on a plate covered with kitchen roll. Drizzle with salt and serve! Be careful though, they’re addictive.

    1. I’m worried about my fingers too, which is why I still haven’t bought a mandolin. The sweet potato crisps are not as crispy as potato crisps. Next time I will try to make them in the oven to see if they become more crisp, and also to use less oil.
